InTuition processes all on-line Utilities payments. We are an independent company under contract with Lee County Utilities to provide these services. Payments may be made using your checking account, savings account, MasterCard, VISA, Discover or American Express.
You will need the account number and the billing address zipcode of the Lee County Utilities account that you are paying in order to proceed. Your Utilities Account Number and zip code can be found on your monthly bill.
This site is for payment of your water and sewer bill only.
All Utilities payments made before 2pm (Eastern Time) will be posted to your account the same day the payment is processed by InTuition. All Utilities payments made after 2pm will be posted to your account the next business day.
You are responsible for any non-sufficient funds fees, overlimit fees, or other penalty fees charged by your financial institution or credit card issuer for misuse of your account.

Customer Service Center Office Hours are 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays. Remember to put your Utilities account# on checks or money orders for proper credit.
